This is the placeholder for what will become my next album. I am posting songs as we are working through them. I did this with my last album and decided to do it again as it helps keep me on task. I am working with Co-producer Brion Leftwich. The songs here are in various states. They are non-finalized versions. Most of the songs are close to completion prior to final mix down and mastering of the album. I have released a version of 'Oh, Woah' as a single, which can be found on most music platforms. The official release date of the album is expected on or before May 26th, 2023! If you purchase the current state of this album in support of its completion, you will also receive download codes to the album once it is completed! To date we've sold one! Brion Leftwich - Has been instrumental in this project :) A major contributor in every aspect and a great talent! Brion played lead guitar & bass on Say Yeah, End of the Game, Love is a Powerful Thing, Here Comes the Night & She's Got the Moves. Bass on It Will Come Back to You, and BG Vox one several songs. I probably missed something, but It'll all be listed on the album jacket.

Laura Lisbeth - Had been immensely helpful with vocals and perspective. Laura is currently working on her next album, so keep an eye out for that.

This project started in 2017. Released in January of 2021 to all digital music platforms!

One day I went into my home studio and decided I wanted to try making a song without playing any instruments myself. Very different from most of the songs/music I write. Instead of starting with a guitar or piano, I started with Loops! The first song was ‘Ocean Dance’. I had fun doing that and before I knew I had ‘Minstral Show’, and ‘Poolside’ recorded. All of them were strictly instrumental loops. Then ‘Ancient Walls’ happened.

With ‘Ancient Walls’ the instrumental concept stuck, but this time it was me playing guitar, not prerecorded loops!

By January of 2021 I had 8 songs that I liked enough to released an album. I used a fictitious band name of Modern Eyes (ME) and titled the album 'Side Projects'. Modern Eyes was a play on modernize and (ME)! Anyway it was a different and fun way for me to make music, which I love to do! With Modern Eyes, I just go where it takes me.

Released in 2009 that's one of the reviews of what I consider my first real album.

This was my first true attempt at producing an album that wasn't recorded on a 4 track cassette. Using digital recording equipment in my home project studio that I call Six String Music Studios. I did almost all of the instrumentation myself. Ian Lally played a lead guitar bridge on 'Go With the Flow' and Jonathan Jones helped with background vocals on that song too. Otherwise, it was all me!

'Go With the Flow' has been the breakout song for this album with 'Walked Away' and 'Springtime" right behind it! I know I could improve it drastically if I were do it now, but it was a fun learning experience for me.

I may revisit the songs/recordings at some point, remaster/reproduce who knows!
